1. Let’s login to SAMAD!
In your account, you have an option called Flowmaker. Create a new Flow
2. Click on Flowmaker
Start creating your flow.
3. Start with Trigger Message
Now, In order to invoke our chatbot, we have to specify our trigger message.
Here we are using, “Hi, I want to know more about SAMWAD”
Follow the steps as shared in screenshots.
TIP : The interconnections are very much relevant to maintain the conversation flow.
4. Build Conversation Flow
Next step, after the bot has been triggered, we will reply with a simple message (make sure you include a simple message or else you will encounter an error!).
Message with buttons has 4 parts :
a. Header
b. Message (Value)
c. Footer
d. Buttons
We want the user to respond with a button so they dont have to type the message.
5. Continuing the conversation
Next step, after the user clicks on Start we would want to again reply with a download link.
If you follow on same steps, in the new entry have given 2 button reply with a message with no header and footer!
Both the buttons now open different branches of the flow.
6. Program the branches!
Each of the buttons from previous step will have a branch here. Now, Download button should move to a CTA message providing user with a link to download.
