SAMWAD is owned and operated by Arpneet AI Technologies Private Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website and platform.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of samwad.tech and business users (“Clients”) who access and use the SAMWAD platform (the “Services”). SAMWAD is a business-to-business (B2B) platform intended for organizations and their authorized representatives.

2.1 Business & Account Information
- Name, email address, phone number
- Company name, industry, billing details (where applicable)
- Account identifiers and authentication information
2.2 Platform Usage Information
- Message logs, timestamps, delivery status
- Campaign configurations and basic analytics
- Feature usage and interaction data inside the dashboard
2.3 Technical Information
- IP address, browser type, device information
- Cookies or similar technologies for functionality and performance
- Security logs for fraud and abuse prevention
3. Nature of Processing
SAMWAD is a technology platform that enables businesses to communicate with their customers using the official WhatsApp Business API. SAMWAD does not independently initiate communications to end users and processes data primarily to provide the Services.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide and operate the SAMWAD platform
- Enable WhatsApp messaging, automation, and analytics features
- Maintain platform security and prevent misuse
- Improve platform performance and user experience
- Send service-related notices (account, billing, security, operational updates)
We do not sell personal data.
5. Client Responsibility for End-User Data
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have lawful authority, permissions, and (where required) valid consent to upload and process End User data and to communicate with End Users using WhatsApp via the Services.
SAMWAD does not independently verify the validity of Client-collected permissions/consents and is not responsible for Client misuse of the Services.
6. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We may share data strictly as needed to operate the Services, including with:
- Infrastructure and cloud service providers (hosting, storage, security monitoring)
- WhatsApp / Meta platforms as required for message delivery and related functionality
- Analytics and monitoring tools for platform performance and reliability
We do not share data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no platform can guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon account termination, data may be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law or legitimate operational purposes.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may impact certain features.
10. Children’s Data
SAMWAD is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data of minors. If you believe a minor’s data has been submitted, please contact us for removal.
11. DPDP Alignment (India)
SAMWAD aims to follow applicable Indian data protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP”), to the extent applicable to our role as a platform/service provider.
We generally process personal data based on one or more lawful grounds such as (a) explicit consent where applicable, (b) performance of a contract with the Client, and (c) compliance with legal obligations.
12. Rights of Data Principals (End Users)
End Users may have rights under applicable law to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for processing of their personal data. Since SAMWAD operates as a platform for Clients, such requests should typically be directed first to the relevant Client (the organization communicating with the End User).
SAMWAD will provide reasonable assistance to Clients to fulfill legitimate requests where technically feasible and lawful.
13. Breach Handling
In the event of a data security incident affecting the platform, we will take reasonable steps to contain, investigate, and remediate the issue. Where required, we will notify affected Clients and provide relevant information to support compliance obligations.
14. Grievance Redressal
We will make reasonable efforts to respond within appropriate timelines as per applicable law and operational feasibility.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
