2. Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to any parts of our service from the start of the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

1. No Refund on Used Services: Please note that Arpneet AI Technologies Pvt Ltd does not offer refunds for any used portion of the service. Our services are billed on a usage basis, and users are responsible for the charges incurred until the cancellation of the account.
2. Exceptions: In the case of any service failures or discrepancies, please contact our support team at portal@samwad.tech. We will evaluate each case to determine if a refund or other corrective action is appropriate.
3. Changes to Services: We may at our discretion, offer refunds or pro-rated refunds in cases where services are discontinued or materially altered.
